Toucana Grill — Restaurant in Hatteras Island

This was honestly the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. The owner was amazing... literally customized everything for me due to not liking certain stuff. Explained anything i asked and was so polite and patient. We had quite a big order and he was so quick. Breakfast burrito 10/10. The fruit cocktail was something I'd never had before and he learned it when he lived in LA , 9/10 and I'm giving it a 9 only bc i wish i had more of the juice bc it was DELISH. Jalapeño poppers were so good too. The sausage gravy 10/10. Usually places don't compare to homemade bc it taste more like flour but this was sooo good. One of the better food trucks I've eaten at in my travels. Prompt service, fresh food, and a Shady spot to sit. I got a shrimp taco and it was clear it was all made from scratch. Very, very good. Rest of my crew enjoyed their items as well. The owner was super friendly too and spent a few minutes chatting with us. He has super good intentions with what he's doing here. Support him if you can!
