BJK did an incredible job on our century old home! We are so thrilled with the work they did, and they made everything as easy as it can be with a project of this size and scope.

From the first consultation, Brendan was a joy to work with, and the most obvious choice, because he so clearly cares! Every step of the way I felt as though Brendan was not only invested in the work being done and his craft, but invested in us as a family and us as a community. Havertown, PA I recently had the pleasure of hiring BJK Masonry for some work on my property, and I must say, Brenden and his crew exceeded all expectations. Their level of professionalism and expertise was evident from the first day on the job.

They did an amazing job fixing our chimney, which had been a concern for some time. Their approach was thorough and meticulous, ensuring a long-lasting repair. Additionally, they tackled a challenging task of removing a bush that was causing foundational issues. It's hard to like pouring big money (upwards of 14K) into (down?) your 100-year old house's stone chimney, but with the assistance of drone pictures, BJK was able to show us and explain everything that was needed for the repair and restoration of our chimney. They answered all questions we had. In addition to normal wear and tear on our 3-STORY chimney, we had a TREE growing out of one of the chimney pots - we thought it was just a big weed that could be "pulled" but we should have acted much sooner than we did (let that be a warning). Turns out it was an invasive Empress tree, which grows down as much as it grows up. And it grows fast - ours went down 6 ft or more. BJK explained, took pictures, and had to remove and replace terra cotta roof tiles to get where they needed to go (they even replaced the old water barrier under the tiles when they replaced them, I believe) an unexpected burden of time, effort and care, but they handled it all, and even stuck to their original bid, for which we are very grateful.They also put a water repellant sealant on the repaired stonework. Being able to see drone pictures of the finished job was also appreciated. Huge thanks to Juan, Brendan, Brandon, and all the guys who worked on our house.
