Iacobucci Formal Wear — Local services in Haverford Township

I have been renting ties, vest, tuxedos etc. since my older son started high school in 2005, unfortunately I rented from another store, thinking it was closer to my home. I heard through word of mouth of the Iacobucci in Havertown when my younger son started high school. I have been renting from Havertown ever since! The owners, management and employees go above and beyond to make sure your son will look his best from giving him ideas on styles, different looks and making sure he is comfortable. They actually take an interest in your son's life asking him about school, work, future plans. My last experience was late Saturday afternoon when my son was working, we had picked up our rental on Thursday and thought we were set. I went to grab his shoes, knowing he was working up to last minute. He would only have 15 minutes to get ready for the dance. Could not find them, realizing he must have left them at someone's house after the last dance! It was now 4:10 Saturday afternoon! Thought about my options, but before I went from store to store I called Iacobucci's knowing they closed at 3 pm, I took a chance! A gentleman answered, his name was Steve! I told of my dilemma, Steve said he would stay open and wait until I arrive, if I couldn't find someone to borrow from or buy shoes at another store. He was with a customer and would wait 10 minutes until I called him back! I did return the call, and he actually asked if I wanted him to drop the shoes off at my home, because he was heading that direction. Unbelievable! right? As it turned out we met at Kohl's parking lot! This man Steve saved my son's night I just wanted to thank Steve again, and all of the men who make Iacobucci such a phenomenal...

I went to Iacobucci three times for my proms in high school and had a good experience. As soon as I got the invite to a black tie wedding, I knew exactly where to go to rent a tux. I walked in and was greeted by Steve. Steve made sure I understood everything and explained stuff I wasn’t sure about. He did not try to upsell me once, and the one thing that increased the price, he made sure I knew. I haven’t picked up the tux yet but I know for a fact that the I will love it. I’ll be sure to come back and edit once I wear it. Thank you Steve and everyone at Iacobucci!

Edit: my event was the other day. When I went to pick up, the sleeves were a little bit long. They asked if I had 10 minutes so they could correct it, which I did. They were super apologetic for what was an easy and quick fix. I looked and felt great. Thank you again to Steve and everyone...

My experience at Iacobucci was great. Everyone who worked with me & my guys showed nothing less than stellar customer service. All five suits we needed were ready on time, and all five fit perfectly. We had to get the shirts elsewhere since Sarno was not able to provide them in the color I needed, but I see that as something minor, getting the shirts on my own was no trouble at all. I was extremely happy with the way we looked, as was my wife 🥳.

I can’t remember the names of the employees that helped me, but there was a guy & a girl who were a little younger, and another guy who was around my age. They were all awesome. Thanks for helping me look the best I’ve ever looked on the best day...
