Burlington — Local services in Haverhill

I am very disappointed With the staff and especially with the store manager Ellen at Haverhill Burlington coat factory. I was exiting the store after spending over $200 with my daughter (16 months old) with all the bags in the cart . The LP agent stopped me and asked me to take the bags and leave the cart inside . I looked at him and politely said there are four bags and I have to carry the baby . I won’t be able to do this alone I need the cart. I will bring the cart back. I asked him if he’s okay with escorting the bags to my car since remove the cart from the store was an issue. He then said please go ahead and take the cart. Once walking out Ellen the manager ran out the store and stopped me and said don’t take the cart. She was very rude and not understanding that I had a baby . She said that isn’t her problem. I was surprised with her customer service . I then push the cart and loaded my stuff in the car and return back the cart. I didn’t appreciate the way Ellen came on to me as a manager she should figure an alternative way of dealing with this issue. I am never again...

Employees don’t know how to do their jobs me and my friend where there and we were walking around asking some people if they would like to be part of a TikTok for inspirational purposes and if people said no we respected it but there was this one lady with attitude and said no and we also respected it but we were walking around and she said we were recording her without any proof of what she said one of the employees said we had to leave and ok that’s their job but without proof of why they are kicking out a person they shouldn’t ask them to leave without knowing what was happening or with proof of us recording the lady saying we were when we weren’t and just maybe if you guys change the way of kicking out people I will give you guys another try but until then ask your employees to learn how...

I love Burlington for exactly what it is great named brand products at a fair reasonable price granted sometimes when you go into the store, it is a mess and it is literally the scavenger hunt of 2025 because you can go in there and find everything under the planet, not where it's supposed to be so it is the scavenger hunt of all stores around, but that makes it more fun and more interesting and 98% of my closet all comes from Burlington so if you can pack your patience you're not in a rush and you don't have to get in and out in 10 minutes. I highly recommend going to Burlington because you can find everything there that you can find at Macy's and it won't cost you $200 when you walk...
