Very unhappy with the Haverhill Location!!! My waitress last night was so cold towards us! couple examples below.. I ordered the fajita bowl with NO JEALEPENOS! Not only was the food dry, and hardly any guac in it, there was a MASSIVE load of Jalapenos!!! I simply took them out, but my food was super spicy! my mouth was burning as I am NOT use to spice. once the waitress came over and asked how my meal was, I told her I was not happy with it. She looked at her notebook and told me she did not write down "no jalapenos" when she took my order. Here i am thinking for a sec, ok simple mistake on her part. I know as FACT I didn't want them. Once I explained to her that my mouth is pretty much burning as I try to eat, she simply just said, oh ok I'm sorry..and walked away!!!! I should have at that point walked out...Not sure why i didn't...I would have at least thought she would have asked me if I wanted something else....or take off the bill or something...but she did NOTHING!!!! My bad for not saying anything more, but I hate to be THAT customer...I just sucked it up. Towards the end, she had the nerve to even ask If I wanted to be a Rewards member....Without hesitation I said "NO WAY" ..I was very un happy, and never plan on coming back! I walked out there knowing i needed to write a review about this! This location will NEVER see my or my friends...

Not my worst dining experience, but it was close. Service was particularly awful: Our server forgot our drinks and needed to be reminded. She forgot the complimentary popcorn but provided 2 bowls to neighboring tables. We had to flag her down to get a refill on water. She decided to take another table's order and when she said i hope you don't mind e said that we were in fact ready to order and she ignored that and went to take the other order instead. She never asked us about our food to see if there were any issues and when we pointed out there were issues with the appetizer she just went oh no, but didn't apologize or offer to try and fix it. The food wasn't good either. Our appetizer was the spinach dip, the dip was alright, but the chips were fried wrong, and were so chewy we couldn't eat most of them. My burger was cooked well, but i was not asked if I wanted any condiments, so it was very lack luster. My mother's did was mediocre, but the real issue was my sister's order. She got the French onion soup, which was so salty she couldn't really eat it. She also got the blue cheese wedge salad, the tomatoes were frozen, and the bacon was gummy and gross. But since we never saw our server until we flagged her down to finally get the check so we could leave, we couldn't address it! Overall, an absolutely...

I've eaten here a few times and it was okay quality the first time. The service is usually nice. However, the last two times I ate here my food was terrible quality. I ordered a steak with fries to go one time, and the steak was room temperature when I got it. The fries were cold and soggy. I figured I would give dine-in another shot today and I was sorely disappointed. I ordered an all-star burger with fries. The bacon on top of the burger was burnt to a crisp which left bits of char all over the burger. I took the bacon off and tried to eat the burger without it, but I still couldn't finish my meal because the charred bits ruined the taste of the burger. To top it off, I ordered the burger medium rare but it was definitely cooked rare and was hardly edible. Eating it made my stomach turn. The pricing is excellent here compared to most restaurants, but it really doesn't match the quality of food you're going to get. My husband ordered the seafood trio today, which they charged a whopping $22 for! The entire dish was burnt to a char on top and the portion size combined with terrible food quality was certainly not worth the price we paid. The only good thing about the place is their cocktails. We are never going back to this...
