Dollar Tree — Local services in Havre de Grace

The worst experience in all my years of shopping in retail history. I entered with my children in the Dollar Tree shopping cart & within minutes was informed by a very rude person which later discovered was the manager by the name of Edna, that my 6 yr old who is very lean, wasn't allowed in the cart due to health code violation. Not because he was standing, or disruptive because "Food is placed in the cart & it's our policy" I thought to myself theres no fresh fruit here, no open containers. I've shopped with my 6 yr old in the bk of grocery store cart & was never told that ever. Some of you may think why is a 6yr old in a shopping cart? As stated he's a lean child, but he's also Autistic & to keep him safe its convenient to hv him in the cart. A few other words transpired & phone calls to corporate. No availability to the head quarters its a time allotted answering machine, however I won't stop till we're heard. I'm still reaching out to lawyers in a discrimation suit. Soon to follow will be news stations. You will not treat people this way...

I am so angry 😡 today. One of the workers did not let me buy 10 plates. I was in dollar tree looking in the aisle of the shore line and an old lady came to me saying I couldn’t be in the aisle because it was closed. And me being nice I SAID “ Ok, I’m sorry”. And went to another set of plates and other things. Then the same old come up to me , take in note she had already had seen my cart and said “ You can’t buy that it’s not for sale”. . EVERY BODY KNOWS THAT THE MERCHANDISE COMES WITH THE BARCODE TO SCAN. She all my stuff and put it back. She came to me being all sassy and rude when I was being polite.And I was with my children of 11 and 10 years of age. My CHILDREN DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I don’t understand how dollar tree can have such bad workers. I got one thing to say DO BETTER!!!! The moment this worker made me go thru acting as if I would Steal FROM DOLLAR TREE. She also took all my stuff in front of the other customers. Don’t go HERE I WAS going to BUY THE MURCHANDISE. SO THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY...

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STORE. edan, natasha and the manager (that i havent got her name yet) are the most ignurent people. My family was there today and my 8 year old child was accused NOT ONCE BUT TWICE for stealing. My daughter put her things on the register and NATASHA specifically rang them up and as they were leaving had the nerve to say did you pay for that. IS SHE ACTUALLY SERIOUS!?! i draw the line when you come at my children. Not to mention got on the intercom and spoke AT MY CHILD "I TOLD YOU THREE TIMES TO STOP RUNNING AROUND" when my child wasnt even running around AND EVEN IF SHE WAS YOU BETTER TALK TO ME NOT MY CHILD!!! I called to speak to the manager (that was not there) spoke with the assistant manager that has no decency toward the situation. I am contacting the district office now, and i will not let this be until there is new respectful employees, KNOW YOUR...
