I bought a 63$ total by Verizon phone at DG IN HDG MD 21078 WASNT UPDATED TOOL FROM JULY 1,2023 TO JILY 7 2023 TO DO SOFTWARE UPDATES THEN WENT YO GET ACTIVATED THEY SAID PHONES DEFECTIVE take babk ..with reciept everything back in box ..I was denied was told to go to Verizon see if they can help me !!!!! So I bought 80$ phone card 63$ phone and I'm told basically I'm beat ..the nasty hatefuli hate to say woman ..so female ..the old lady with glasses and fried grey greasy hair ..her attitude matches her looks... She is nasty mouthed and ignorant .I e called corporate and Verizon multiple times and now I have to complain to fcc BBB SND filing suit with fairshake and also parker pallet slayzak and Russell ..I emailed the CEO .. to BE IGNORED.. PEOPLE DO NOT SHOP HERE IM TELLING YOU YOU HAVE makE A RETURN YOU WILL noT BE ABLE TO FOR IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT YOU MAY GET IT!. WELL I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND IM .noT GIVING MY MONEY AWAY TO THESE THIEVES..THEY BETTER WATCH OUT FIR ME ..I HATE THIEVES BUT MOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING ELSE I WANT AT THIS LOCAATION ..I HOPE THE BAG OF WRINKLES TRIES GO STOP ME AT THE DOOR ..She WILL BE PICKING HERSELF...

The worst attitude from this Spanish girl name yohan or however you spell her name always has an attitude with black women it seems. My issue with her was when I came to the store yesterday 2/17 and I waited in line while she was holding the line up talking to the cashier like she was her mother. At first I thought she was a regular customer and it was about 5-10 min, line was getting longer and longer until she finally decided to move and she went behind the counter and open her register. I was livid because I thought she was a regular customer the way she was talking to that girl. Her attitude, delivery, and overall performance is unacceptable especially for the area she’s working in because it’s majority black customers already and the way she catches attitudes and act around us, she needs to pick another job to work at. Maybe try somewhere down by the harbor. Without her this store has given me excellent service and I appreciate the new people...

As we all know everyone loves the Dollar General store it was the first time that I had gone to the one in Havre de Grace Maryland I walked in grabbed my cart to cashier said good afternoon that's a good afternoon to nice day you know how that goes and I started shopping I was a little lost since it was the first time being at that particular store some of the Isles were super tight you know do the side shuffle anyway I got halfway through and I'm looking around and seeing if I could find a restroom sign all the other Dollar General stores that I have been to has a restaurant so I take my cart was not done shopping but I had to go to the restroom I asked since I am a paying customer do you by any chance have a restroom the gentleman really did not know what to say on that but the look he gave me I already knew so I left the court with all the stuff I had in there so I could go out and use the bathroom needless to say I...
