Burger King — Restaurant in Havre de Grace

This was so horrible it was almost funny. We pulled into the parking lot at 5:30 and it was so empty we thought it might be closed. But I love me some BK and really needed the bathroom. I don't even know where to start... the dining area was cleared except the table where the one employee we saw the whole time we were there was sitting and eating. There were racks for buns and other boxes of food sitting on the floor in the hall area. The women's room had a hand written Out of Order sign on it so I had to use the men's. WOW. I mean.... I'd rather pee outside. And might as well have since there was no TP. It was filthy, like I didn't even want to touch the sink, it was so bad. The soda machine was one of those cool fancy one's that lets you pick a flavor, except all the flavors were unavailable. After we got our food, I mentioned the bathroom and the kid told me that night shift would get it. I told him it was out of TP and he said he'd get it, then sat back down to keep eating. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, my daughter complained the fries were cold, like barely room temp cold. Then I tasted my Dr Pepper and it was not good, the syrup def needed to be changed. Finally, I didn't even take a bite out of my chicken sandwich, I bit into it and that was enough. It was 530 in the evening, dinner hour, and I'm sure that sandwich was under the heat lamp ALL DAY. My daughter pulled out her chicken sandwich and it was just as bad, if not worse. I didn't even bring the food home to my dogs, it went in the trash. $25 in the trash. I can't say enough, don't go here. Most have apparently gotten that memo and that's why is was so empty but WOW... I have never been served anything...

I ordered a whopper jr no pickles no cheese and a small fry. Had to wait 15 mins but I was the only one there inside and out ordering. They gave me a whippet jr with pickles and cheese. Girl was nice but had her back pressed against the window so I couldn’t see anything going on. Also playing on her phone. Went back through and they said no problem they’d fix it. Had to wait another 10 mins behind 2 cars and they still didn’t make my food yet. When I got to the window a guy quickly shoved 2 bags at me and I refused them telling him I was waiting for a whopper jr. Finally they yelled the order to the cook who started making it. Guy then handed me the bag super slow and barely reached out his arm. No idea why. Sandwich was totally ice cold. They didn’t even warm the meat. Also my fries are now cold since they were barely warm when I got them and I had to mess around with them for 20 mins or so. I will not be back. I knew there must be a reason this location always looks deserted and now I know. Supervisor or district manager or something needs to swoop in and get this place under control. This is far from the only bad review and I would think of the manager was able to handle it the issues would have been fixed by now. However the messed up food, playing on the phones, and deserted location remains the same. Waste of $8 and my time. At least the girls working seemed nice but kind of childish goofing...

Here we go again. First I would like to say thank you to the 3,000 people who found my reviews useful glad to be of help. So today visited Burger King no customers inside and nobody in the Drive-Thru thought to myself perfect I can pick up a couple sandwiches before I pick my son up from school. Pulled up to the order box and was greeted with wait 1 minute not welcome to Burger King or anything like that. after almost 8 minutes I then pulled up to the window to find the manager and three other employees just standing at the window having a conversation, looked like a good one cuz they were all laughing and joking around.. really wish I could have a job where the customer doesn't matter and a personal conversation takes priority.I didn't say anything just pulled away and upon my exit noticed another employee standing inside with the door held open by a crate looked like this employee was smoking a cigarette I appreciate this because now I definitely know where not to take my family...thanks to all Burger King employees at Havre de Grace location for making this decision an...
