GoGreen smoke & vape — Local services in Havre de Grace

The first 3 times I have come to this smoke shop, the owner was in and everything was great, 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! I was very happy to find a new smoke shop close by. However, I recently went in, and the owner was not working. Understandably, the owner has recently hired other staff to work the front counter. The only problem is that I end up paying more because the new employee either can't, won't, or doesnt know how to give the same "deals" and discounts that the owner does.

This is often a problem with stores who have really good owners who eventually need a break from working 80+ hours a week. The owner can't do it all, I get it. But the business ends up suffering. There needs to be consistency, especially with product pricing. I buy the same things all the time, so going in and getting a vape for $20 from the owner and then going back a few weeks later, to get the same vape, but now it's $30, just because the owner isn't the one ringing me up, is not good business.

I don't even want to make a purchase here again without the owner being present because I feel like Im getting ripped off.

They also have a rewards program here. I believe every $100 you spend you get $10 off. Which was another thing I wanted to use last time I was in, but the new employee wasn't able to figure it out and I couldn't use my $10 off which irritated me even more.

In total, I paid $20 more this visit than I would have if the owner was the one behind the counter. Which in this economy, $20 is HUGE!!! Very frustrating and irritating. Ive got 2 little girls to feed, this is a sure way to lose your consistant customers.

Google says it closes at 7. We showed up at 625. Door was locked. Watched 2 other couples try to come and support this business between 625 and 715. And then we saw a young man locking up the store although lights were on and door was locked and no employee was to be seen before that... lost business due to a young man with a poor work ethic. Shouldn't be closing before 7. Period. Door said they're open until 10 pm daily. Wrong too. He was in the back chilling while 3 couples tried to come in for business. I recently had a fantastic experience with a local smoke shop. Their customer service was truly outstanding, they were very helpful and friendly. The products they offer have a wonderful aroma and deliver a very pleasant experience overall. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for anything....
