Let me start with the good. They keep the door locked, require temperature checks and that you wash your hands upon entry. The facility is clean and everyone was required to wear a mask. I felt safe and comfortable. The not so good... I came in for a consultation explaining what I wanted, my activity level, lack of experience with weave (hince the request for a consultation) and need for a no leave out style. I was told what to get, paid a deposit and came in for my appointment. My hair only lasted the night and lifted the next day. My hair line was barely plucked out and the stylist had to stop and go to the store to purchase tweezers. I contacted the stylist twice before she responded and she admitted that she knew the hair would lift and she let me come in for free to glue it back down. I came back and my lace was glued to my natural hair because a cap was not used. I asked if it could be sewn down in the front and it could not become of the braid pattern. I only had the style in for two weeks and wore hats to cover my hair line. Maybe if your looking for braids or a quick wash this would be a good location but the stylist don't seem vast on all...

This place is amazing! The ladies are great and make you feel at home. I always get excited seeing Mrs Hope! Never...
