Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Havre de Grace

The people who work here and deliver (night shift specifically) are what truly make this place worth it. Now their food is great and I do mean great. I've had wings, seasoned and sauced to perfection. Papadias that were portioned well and delicious. And the pizza is absolutely delicious and always exactly how I order it with a little extra care baked in. The desserts are creative and even thinking about them makes my mouth water! As dramatic (and delicious) as this all sounds, none of it holds a candle to their service. I've done delivery and pick up. It's always clean in there and you can tell they work hard. The delivery drivers are respectful and efficient while managing to provide that personal touch in the brief moment you meet them. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Management needs to do better. On two separate occasions I've had issue closely within the same time period recently. The first problem was with the Pappadillas I ordered, they were flat and looked as if they were not the usual. I spoke to the manager and he made an excuse about the dough recently, but ordered no credit to make up for the poor delivery. Tonight, my order was delivered without a drink, I asked the door dash driver about my soda and she said there wasn't one. Im' not sure what's going on, but ordering pizza is pretty expensive, and I always tip well, I was expecting better service, and feedback from management. I wish I could put no stars i ordered a BBQ chicken pizza same as I always have this is my first time at haverdegrace location came with so much sauce you can't taste anytime but bbq sauce the lite toppings they put on puddled off the pizza biggest mess and when I called the lady who answered said it was fine she made herself so she wouldn't remake or credit or anything I order papa John's all over in many states never have I ever guess I starve till afterwork 30 bucks...
