Finally, after over 2 months and 13 case numbers with HP technical phone support, trying to get my HP laptop to communicate with either my original HP printer or the now 2 new printers HP has sold me in the process. . . and, finally, after HP told me that I needed to clean-sweep my laptop hard-drive and re-install the operating system in order to get any of these printers to print, I decided to call Dan at PC911.

In literally 6 minutes of interfacing with me by phone via teamworker.com, Dan had everything running with precision. Test pages were flying off the paper trays of all 3 printers so readily that I knew I could now return all but my one original printer to HP and save myself a bundle of money.

You've heard it a thousand times: if I could leave 10 stars or more I would. In relation to Dan and PC911, this statement cannot be more true. Ten stars, twelve stars, a hundred stars -- Dan and PC911...

After some how losing all the data from one of my programs, I called the product software's tech support. They insist on doing everything via e-mail despite my desire to fix this problem over the phone. After 8 e-mails and 1 phone call over a period of 4 days, the only result was listening to them whine about not knowing what they were looking for. PC911 is just a couple of blocks from my home so I thought I would see what they could do. I handed them my computer and told them that all the data was gone from a particular program and I had no idea where to look for it. After being home for about an hour, they called to tell me the data had been restored and the computer was ready to be picked up. These guys are amazing!!! The only fly in the ointment is a Hawaiian guy working there who has obvious disdain for Haole's. Other than that, I highly recommend...
