Have a 20+ year old NAPCO system that no other alarm service in the area could reprogram without sending the motherboard back to the Long Island factory. Ed came over and reprogrammed the entire system and then checked each of the sensors to ensure everything was working and in top notch condition. Later switched telecom companies from Verizon to Optimum resulting with the dial out system not working. Jerry his assistant came over the next day and installed the cellular wireless dial out system which gave me even greater security should the cable lines be cut or go down. Their work is thorough, clean and fairly priced for the services rendered with top quality parts readily available in their vans. Ed will only sell you what you need but will recommend things that you didn't think about. Both Jerry and Ed explain everything that they are doing so that you feel confident that your system is fixed or installed correctly. Highly recommend them because they really want you the customer to be happy...

One of the best customer experiences I've had. I wish I had been with them from the start. I previously had fire system monitoring with a big company that advertises everywhere. But their service personnel were inept, the customer service was atrocious, and they wanted a five-year contract. So I switched to Accurate Alarm. On short notice they fixed the problem in my system so I was able to pass inspection. (The other company said they weren't sure what the problem was, but maybe the motherboard, and they would have to send another technician out.
