His installation team was equally impressive. They completed their work with precision and respect for our home, even following up to ensure every cabinet and drawer functioned perfectly and every seam was sealed. I recently purchased semi-custom kitchen cabinets from Home Supply, and honestly, given the amount I spent on the project, I should’ve just gone to Ikea—at least there you can easily find any missing parts yourself.

From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one—we couldn’t even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to “just give it a good yank.” After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working.

It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues.
