Boscov's — Local services in Hazle Township

Avoid this place unless you are okay with waiting 4-6 weeks for your glasses. I waited two weeks for the first pair and the script was wrong. They got sent back. I was told there was a "rush" order placed on them. Two weeks later, that's correct there was no "rush", I get a call to tell me that they were broken while they were at the lab but they will have them by the date I was told. So after waiting a month, I get a call to tell me that my new glasses didn't pass the final inspection. Now I have to wait another two weeks for them to start over again. First the wrong script, then they broke them, then they failed final inspection. This will be the 4th time they are trying to get my glasses correct! With my insurance I paid $850 for my glasses that I am still waiting for. The district manager offered me a $50 refund. That is the equivalent of a 6% (six) discount, what an insulting slap in the face. I will never go back to this vision center and, unless Boscov's does something other than throw a few pennies back at me to try to make me happy with this frustrating experience, I will never shop at...

We were harassed by the security manager because my niece was adjusting her mask while holding my son and he came uo to her and told her she needs to have a mash on. She said ok and that she was just trying to adjust it because it kept falling down. She was still trying to adjust it when he came back to her and told her she needs to out her mask on she said I am and finished fixing it and had it on. Then he proceeded to follow her while she was holding my child and followed us from where I was at the checkout all the way to the womens bathroom and waited for us to come out and even though we were wearing our masks he continued to harass us and follow us. We were trying to leave the store to go to my vehicle. But he kept following us and then called the police on us even though we had our masks on and we were leaving the store.
