Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hazle Township

I rarely get Taco Bell after they took away nacho fries but I ordered on the app and I was missing half my food, half of my order wasn’t even what I ordered and when I called they told me to either pick up what I was missing or order something else and they will send it to me, I paid 36 dollars for the first order and 11 to get the rest of my food, I do not recommend ordering on the app or DoorDash just go in person (update) we ended up not getting the rest of our order waited 2 hours in total, 1 for the first order and 1 for the second and then 30-40 minutes trying to get the rest of our order, they ended up telling us to go tomorrow to pick up the rest of our order I ended up paying around 45-50 dollars without getting our food. I will not be ordering from here online again. If I get taco bell from this location I will be going to the Taco Bell myself or ordering for pick up, I would give 0...

This place is a disgrace. I filled out a application online once I figured it out after I got home bc a few of the employees tried to help me figure it out but to no avail. I called them today to see if my application was looked at or not yet and that when they became very very disrespectful to me. They hung up the phone on me and I thought the call dropped so I called them back because I thought the call dropped see if they looked it over yet not only that that day I filled out the application they told me to call at 2:00 that the manager that was hiring manager would be there and I can talk to him so I did that well he wasn't there he never showed up that day and I was calling throughout the evening long story short I call in to see if he has had a chance to look at my application yet and I get told I'm crazy I need help I need a doctor I would not recommend this...

Your typical taco bell, however they get orders wrong or incorrect, or forget to put your items in the bag, so you must double check your order everytime after drive through. The order is incorrect almost 75% of the time. Though the food is decent when the order is right, if you get locos tacos occasionally they are soggy, and occasionally the chalupa shells are rock hard and crunchy instead of soft and fluffy.

Edit: this is the worst taco bell I've ever been to, highly recommend going to the one on the other side of town on 940, you may wait longer but the food is fresh in the end and the orders are correct. The employees at this one especially night shift are the worst employees I've ever witnessed. It's so bad here taco bell corporate should shut it down just to protect...
