Customer service was amazing. I was a little hesitant with getting my daughters ears pierced but the mangers Shaniece and Marie were absolutely phenomenal! They were so patient, and she loved every minute of it. I loved the experience for her. It was a mom moment. Not to mention the prize box. Above and beyond. My daughter’s stone fell out of her earring after only 3 weeks of having them. I was in a panic and didn’t know what to do. Thankfully Lacey was very very helpful and beyond patient with both of my children and even took more time than needed to explain to my 7 and 4 year old the process and was so friendly to them! Definitely 10/10...

Best Banter in area, my sister got her nose pierced and I got my second holes pierce last week. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Shaniece was so sweet, didn't rush the process and even talked my sister through her fear. They really know how to make an impression with a staring....
