Caffe Europa — Restaurant in Hazle Township

I've been ordering their food, especially their buffalo pizza for atleast 5 years. While waiting for 2 pies, I asked the woman behind the register(very tall and skinny) to purchase 2 fresh cookies from the dessert display. She responded by saying "why ask for those when I have prepackaged ones"...umm excuse me, how about because I'm the customer and that's what I asked for. I wanted one for both my husband and I, not that I should even have to explain myself. Her rude arrogant comment resulted in me not buying any cookies as clearly this was an inconvenience for her. While waiting for my pizzas I noticed she continued to be rude to other customers. You asked me a question, here is yours...why go to work if you plan to be arrogant and rude to customers for no reason. Your costing the business money and customers. It gets even better, brought our pizza home, opened the box and was absolutely distugsted. Our buffalo pizza was covered with plain huge chunks of chicken, dark meat and worst of all grizzle and hard pieces! I've never had a buffalo pizza anywhere that looks like this and would never expect it from this place. Between Your extremely rude employee who needs to be retrained at the register and our distugsting, careless gross pizza resulted in you losing 5 customers. Repulsive all around how much they charge yet don't care about...

Great food, unacceptable cashiers.

Working in the food service industry can be extremely difficult, but when your cash register person insults the customer then it effects your business, no matter how good the food might be.

This was my experience with Europa. My family and I went to the mall. My elderly aunt needed to eat something so both my mother and I stopped to get her something from the cafe.

The woman at the register was impatient with my mother whom was also elderly. I understand that especially if she was busy to an extent but to start verbally attacking her was a bit much.

The register was also short on cash for some reason which makes no sense but again it was busy.

The kicker was when the girl working the register told my elderly mother “thank you for being a horrible customer”.

If you’re an employee you represent the company. If the caffe wants this as their representation, that’s fair, but I know I will not be...

Hi, my name is Emily J., and I am writing this review to tell everyone who reads these reviews and whoever comes to this godforsaken restaurant that they shouldn't waste their money! Me, my little sister, and my grandmother came here to eat and we left very disappointed. First of all, we had to pay almost 8 dollars for 2 drinks, and they didn't even have a price on the drinks. My sister and grandmother ordered a pan of pizza and she wanted the fresh one because it was sitting our there for hours, and we didn't even get a fresh one, it was hard as a rock and the shell was as black as coal. I ordered a cheesesteak Stromboli and it was very dry. The floors were very dirty with garbage everywhere and the seasonings looked about 100 years old. So if you want to go to a nice restaurant with good food and reasonable price, DON'T COME HERE!! It may seem like I'm being dramatic, but please, take it from experience and...
