It all seem good at first good price nice people great reviews. but brought my Moto z force there to replace the battery and speaker I brought all my parts and adhesive required for them in case they didn't have them cost $75 I gave a $25 tip so $100 all together. I could of fixed it myself but decided to try some one out big mistake. After it was fixed I used my phone a few days then went to turn on my flashlight and everything went dark phone wouldn't turn on wouldn't take a charge nothing. I was at work at night needed my phone for work so it decided to take it apart and find out what happened after I took the screws off the back and I took out the front digitizer screen my battery fell out. the battery was supposed to be glued in it wasn't even glued in I checked my speaker the speaker wasn't even glued in and a little blue protective plastic over the speaker for shipping was still on the speaker they never pealed it off before they installed it. I checked the tube of glue I gave them That was supposed to be used to glue both they never used it. It was never opened they gave it back to me with the phone. You see on my phone the Moto Z it has gesture controls you wiggle your phone a certain way and the camera turns on you wiggle it another way and the flashlight turns on. When I wiggled it to turn the flashlight on it popped the battery right out of its socket it was just flopping around inside my phone unglued. It's very hard to find this place once you get to the office building it's in. But the entrance is on the outside of the building and there are no signs to let you know that. When I finally located the door for the place I walked in and it looked like a room with a couple if tables that were littered with little tools and junk. I told the kid about the situation with my boyfriend's phone, and he told me the part for his phone STILL hadn't arrived (we were originally told the part would be there by that day when we first went there 3 days earlier) So I left my boyfriend's phone with the kid along with my phone number to reach me when the phone was ready. So 2 days later around 6:30pm I called the store to ask if my man's phone was ready yet and the dude tells me that yes that phone has BEEN ready to be picked up since yesterday evening!!!!!! so we went and picked up hi phone and they fixed it - did a very good job - but then when it came time to pay for it..... it was over $100 !!!!!! I thought that was a ridiculous price just to have the screen replaced - especially when I have gotten a screen replaced in the past for less than $70 and it was done within...

I found Orada Tech on line and they were only 10 minutes away from me which immediately got my attention. I called the night before just before closing to check pricing and store hours. All sounded good so i planned on getting there the next day. I went to the store a half hour before the scheduled opening and sure enough they let me in. I gave them my phone and they asked for a contact number and that they will call me if the phone is fixed quicker than promised. They told me come back in an hour. So i went to grab some lunch and i received a call that my phone was ready ! it took them less than 45 minutes to repair it. FANTASTIC! Now to make things better they gave me a discount for a first time customer! I met the owner and was extremely impressed with his demeanor and his staff was on the ball too. I HIGHLY recommend Orada as they under promised and over delivered ! Im in sales and i always look for a company that delivers like I do to my customers.!
