We moved to Headland about a year ago and have used The Sparrows Nest a few times since. So when my father-in-law passed I called Mrs.Penny to order the flowers for the casket. We wanted it to look like wild flowers and to be masculine. We were blown away with the final product. It was so beautiful! All the ladies up there are amazing and so helpful. They were a joy to work with and such a blessing during a very difficult and stressful time.

If I could give Ms.Penny all the stars in the sky I would! She came through for me at the last minute! When one of those “online florists” completely failed, she was there at the blink of an eye and was able to deliver my mother-in-law a beautiful and special arrangement for her birthday! This experience reminded me to ALWAYS shop local for the best service! I HIGHLY recommend The Sparrows Nest for anyone looking for a great florist 💐!

If you need flowers...this is the place! Weather it's a funeral or homecoming...simply amazing. She is a professional!!! This is a multi- generational business and you can tell. Hands down Penny is the best. And by all means...please let her fill out the card!! We love Penny and the sparrows nest is a pillar of headland! Get your order in early she's a busy lady!! A++++

Mrs Penny, Natalee, and all the ladies at The Sparrow’s Nest work so hard to make everything so perfect! This weekend they made our Bride’s dream flowers come true! Peonies, Hydrangeas, roses and much more!!! And of course, there were a few things that we didn’t even realize we needed until wedding day and The Sparrow’s Nest came prepared! We live in Texas and wanted to send flowers to my sister in Dothan, AL who is recovering from surgery for a broken bone. I called Penny Jones at The Sparrow’s Nest in Headland, Alabama. We had a nice phone visit and she completely understood what I wanted. She said she would get the arrangement to my sister this afternoon and would send me a picture. Two hours later my sister has the arrangement and Penny sent a picture! This is amazing personal service! Thank you, Penny...

I live quite a long distance away from Dothan Alabama. Although I did live there years ago. I needed to send flowers to someone in Dothan and I needed a trustworthy person.
