My husband and I bought two gold bands a month ago from Imagine and had a great experience. I recommended them to a friend who needed a ring sized. My friend went in on 09/28/23 and the woman who was working the counter was very kind and helpful to my friend, providing great service. Until this short haired guy walks up looks at the ring stating "it is gold and silver" and "we won't even touch the rings you brought in". He said it was a liability issue to me but never explained that to my friend. The guy interrupts me to say he "needs to defend himself" and goes on to tell me he is only kind and wouldn't even genuinely apologize without the caveat of "always being kind". No one is perfect, we just have to own up to our times we are unkind. It seemed he was more concerned with being right than listening to the concerns I had brought forward. They didn't offer my friend to look at any other rings or offer any advice, the guy just said they won't work with that metal and that was that. My friend left feeling embarrassed and I am incredibly embarrassed I recommended this business to them. Very disappointed that this happened...

My boyfriend was interested in purchasing a ring he saw at Imagine and asked me to go in and get sized. I asked a lady who was working if she could help me. Her tone was condescending as she said, “No, I can’t help you unless you’re planning on purchasing something.” I assured her that I would have my boyfriend purchase the ring elsewhere. I was embarrassed and her response/attitude didn’t make sense to me. Perhaps, she assumed I wasn’t planning on spending money because of my casual outfit. I went to Barnes and they found my ring size no questions asked. It took about 30seconds and then I purchased a few Christmas gifts. I also have a few new ring recommendations for my guy. I would have been more helpful to a stranger asking for help than she was to a costumer looking to make not only an expensive purchase but also an extremely sentimental gift that would have been passed down throughout...

We loved our experience designing a custom band to commemorate the birth of my daughter. I couldn't quite articulate the full design in my mind, and they really were able to bring my vision to life using the info I provided. They checked in on the design several times with me, and were very quick in both the design and fabrication process. I feel like their pricing is super fair, and the team at Imagine were all really knowledgeable in helping me pick out both the stones and metal to use for my ring within our budget.
