So I came into this business with my husband to simply buy a chess set so we could play on the tables down the block. We were followed around and questioned the entire time, it was super uncomfortable and pretty rude. You don’t get to just assume people are going to steal from you based on absolutely nothing. Also chess sets with really bad quality made of plastic 50$. I know it’s not a big box store but really are you serious, for something I can get at anywhere else for at least 30$ cheaper. Once again I know it’s not a big box store but you would almost assume with the way they present themselves the toys being sold would actually be a bit higher quality than what I can grab at Walmart. Save yourself the money and uncomfortable situation go anywhere else. I live across the walking mall from this place and I’d rather spend 60 in gas, plus whatever a plastic chess set is at the Missoula Walmart than go in here again. Extremely disappointing as I used to come here as a child. Actually incredibly tried of being treated like a crackhead because I don’t look like I have a mil sitting in my bank I grew up here...

I know the ads say turn around and shop in town to support local business, but in this case it seems that you can turn around and get hosed in town. Prices are high and staff are rude and snobby. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. I will save my money for the same things on ebay or amazon, still het a great product and pay a fraction...

This toy store has the best toys that can be found in town. Some of the brands that are here are European. Most every brand that I know of here are quality brands. If you take any age kid here, including adult kids, they will have a blast and be excited by the choices. Parking can be an issue so be aware before you go of parking...
