I have spent a lot of money at this store. The last time I was there the salesman could have cared less if we bought or not. We wanted a recliner. We found one we liked but the lever was so stiff it was nearly impossible to recline. The salesman assured us it would loosen up but when we got it home we found that we couldn't recline it at all. We had not even sat in it at home. We hadn't even had it a day and wanted to return it but they said they would do nothing about it. We could return it with a 50% return charge. We only had it one day. I will never be back to...

We had an awesome experience with Calvin Rucker at Ruckers this past week. We rarely buy brand new but after spending time on the showroom floor and getting helpful insight from Calvin, we left with a decision to make.
