Incredible store! A small grocer with a surprisingly large selection of health foods. Lots of shelved, canned, jarred, and boxed goods. There is a selection of refrigerated fresh produce, dairy products, and meats. Lots of vegetarian, vegan, and allergen friendly foods. Well stocked vitamins and dietary supplements. The staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Parking in the rear of the store and is handicap accessible. I don’t think a wheelchair would fit through the aisles, but the staff is knowledgeable of their products and I wouldn’t doubt would be happy to help anyone unable to traverse through the aisles.

Often their prices are better than at larger supermarkets.
Edit (Sep 2025): They carry a great sourdough bread! And the owner makes their own honey which is pretty good. If you toast the bread they go great together! (pics included of each). 🍯 🍞 😋

I know I shouldn't deduct points for hours, but the fact that they close so early really is a problem for me and it's the main reason I don't patronize them more often. As I'm writing this, the hours aren't posted, but they close at five Monday though Saturday, and Sunday I don't think they're open at all. That said, I think it says something positive that my complaint is that I want to go there but can't make it.
