I called trying to book 3 30 minute massages for my friends and I and they let me know that they had enough room to do it. They even sent me a message confirming that they could do it and as soon as we walk in, they told us that they’re booked. My friend then tried to explain to them that we had called earlier and made the appointment. The lady in the front yelled “NO” then ushered for us to leave.
