I waited two hours when I was there before the Dr even. Then didn't get examined by the Dr I got examined by a learning Dr then I could hear them in there discussing another patient who had cancer for a second time and Dr was talking to PA I over heard him tell the PA that he thought she was a drug user.. Then after PA examined me I could hear them taking about me and what to look for for drug addicts. Really? People are in there for relief almost made me feel ashamed for being there like I was doing something wrong. I called and spoke to manager and have another appt with a different dr. If I'm not happy with him I will ask for another place. Bad service, late dr.s and looking for drug users? I don't recommend this place at all. By the way this was my first visit ever that Dr should have examined me before sending in the learning dr. 😕 not that I would have liked him any better the way he was talking bad about his patients . I'm am not happy with this office staff. The doctor was non-personable. When I mentioned that I was a cannabis user he talked over me and blurted out Marijuana and abruptly exited the exam room. I don't care how you feel about it. It helps me deal with some of my and allows me get some sleep. The office staff was uninfomative about medication prescription information and failed to inform me of the conflict with my current medication I am taking that was in conflict with the pain meds prescribed. today I called and I had to demand the operator to transfer me to my local office. 9-03-2024 Terrible experience at this location, the front desk lady was rude and very disrespectful towards my wife and me.she demanded for us to fill the forms ready in five minutes. Our inglish isn't great which of course we have difficulty writing and reading it and we made her aware which this made her more upset and said that that's why we should of taken someone that speaks inglish with us.We had to leave without receiving care because we weren't able to fulfill her expectations.
