Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hemet

I went to this location to order an ice cream cake and another specialty item for a birthday. The doors were locked. Its 12:45pm on a Monday afternoon. I waited for about an hour, but no one showed up. No sign on the door, and the hours weren't even posted in the window, yet it shows online that the store is supposed to be open at that time. I called corporate, and after a 34 minute wait, I was finally connected to an associate. She states that all Baskin Robbins are privately franchised and they did not have any reason or notification that this location would be closed. She advised that she would contact the manager and have them call me back. The manager called me back two hours later. She advised that she was going to try and open the store at 5pm (same day), "maybe". MAYBE?? This is a business, correct? When I asked if she would be open on next Sunday, when I needed my order, she again said "maybe" and then asked me if I wanted to order right now. How am I supposed to order and pay without even knowing if I'll receive my order on the day its needed? Absolutely ridiculous. Is this really how you run a business? While I was waiting, I witnessed at least 5 people go to the door, only to discover the shop was closed and no signs were posted. Being the only BR in this town, maybe you should hire some employees to handle the business if you aren't able to. Also, from reading the other reviews, it seems as this is not a first for this location. I guess Cold Stone, who is open and dependable, will get...

It was good, the scoops are now a little in the small size, but it takes good. Don't so much like the mint and chip anymore and that was my favorite, it is minty anymore and that disappoints me. On this night my husband got the banana Royal and I got the brownie sundae. It was fine, but she hardly put any topping on it. Like one squirt of chocolate and whipped cream. The whipped cream was melted before we walked out the door there was so little. I don't even know where it went from the ice cream place to the car, it was non existence. This is my reason for not giving them...

So me and my daughter coming there to get some ice cream and the service is excellent the staff is very friendly it's very clean but the prices are outrageous and ridiculous and paid $2 for two ice cream and not even double scoop like I would pay $6 for watching Vegas do that alone to pay hours just eat ice cream but it is good it's a little to much tart we got the wild...
