Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Hemet

SlooooooooW! It’s a shame because I used to give this location five stars but within the last couple years the staff move at a glacial pace (catch that Miranda reference?). Also, the crew is moody, disengaged and leaves the customers waiting if they’re busy working on someone’s drink. Not even an acknowledgment is made, customers are just left awkwardly waiting for someone to pull up to the cash register. The only saving grace for this place is that the smoothies are still good and they change their flavors up quite a bit. I will say prices have gone up for a Juice It Up smoothie! My husband and I are huge fans of Juice It Up—we love it so much that we drive an hour just to come here. Unfortunately, our experience tonight was disappointing.

When we arrived, the two young women working did not acknowledge us and left us waiting at the counter for quite some time. When we were finally helped, the employee who took our order seemed uninterested and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Despite the minimal communication, our order was still taken incorrectly, and we had to clarify it again.

We come here at least once a week because we genuinely enjoy the product, but the customer service this evening left a lot to be desired. We hope this feedback encourages better service in the future—we’d love to continue visiting and feeling...

I ordered two bowls, one blue protein, one super fusion. When I noticed she was making two super fusion bowls, I politely corrected her, but she told me I ordered two fusion bowls. So she ignored me and served me two large bowls that were maybe half full at best. At 12 bucks a bowl I expect them to be full. Anyways I told her again that my order was one super fusion, and one blue protein. I showed her my receipt, and finally she decided I wasn't lying to her. So she proceeded to help a half dozen customers before finally making my blue bowl. By the time I got my order, the fusion bowl was just juice because it had melted, and the blue bowl was of course half full. I'll never visit this location...
