This was a rare experience. I had seen a popcorn bucket that was behind the counter and since we can't hold those items as we walk around I had asked the man to hold it at the register for me, and he agreeded that he would set it up there for me. When I finished my shopping I went to the register to check out and told the cashier that the bucket was mine. He then proceeded to tell me he sold it just 2 minutes ago to someone else. He also stated that his manager said I had left the store, but I never did. When I questioned the manager he was not appologetic and said " accidents happen" it sucks because he didn't even to bother to look if I was still in the store and I was really excited for the bucket because it was star wars bucket and I am a collecter...

I honestly cannot even fathom the utter filth that I witnessed today at this particular Goodwill. I don’t know what the workers are doing… but I can tell you what they’re not doing. They’re not cleaning any of the items off before putting them on the shelves. They’re not sweeping or cleaning the carpet…. And they are most certainly not wiping off shelves. Just now asked to leave Greenville store because I had a leashed,well mannered blind golden retrieve with me who goes everywhere and has been in the store countless times. I was told it was a new no pet policy. Also some of the item prices are next to absurd. They had two horse bridles last hear that were dry rotted and ready for the trash listed for $75 each.
