I took my daughter here for lunch the other day she had a half sub with only meat on it ( which added up to $7.98) I got a salad & I requested pepper jack cheese, the cheese they gave me was some kind of processed, cheese like substance with colored dots on it to make it look like pepper jack cheese, it had no taste and was clearly some kind of processed “cheese, product“. Every time I visit, I ask for my sandwich to be cut because it’s simply more convenient for me. I know it’s a small request and not something to get overly upset about, but it’s frustrating. Last time, instead of cutting it properly, they just put a knife in the bag with one cut. This time, I even wrote in the notes to please cut the sandwich into 4 pieces, and they didn’t cut it at all.
