Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

Not the best place to be when they are disrespectful behind closed doors. Treats picks of employees like they are stupid and don't know how to do the job, it's never nice behind the counter but only at first than it's like they have favorites and not bad food just horrible behind the counter, enjoyed serving customers because that's what I enjoy doing is making sure customers are happy with the best service and myabe this Taco Bell isn't a place for someone who is all bout customers unlike them only worried about times nothing else why you think it's right to leave front counter wait longer? Shouldn't there be two lines on for dine in and the other side for drive thru so every customer has their food on time, accurate and fresh. But always worried about themselves or make certain ones feel they are dumb. That's a...

Every time I get food from this particular Taco Bell, it is a waste of money and I am so disappointed. Keep trying to give them chances, and they always fall short. Food is always cold, and they do not put anywhere near the amount of fillings that they should in what you order. For the price, every item I have had is beyond lacking. They do not give napkins. They do not offer sauce. They have awkward, inexperienced help and honestly, I don't expect this place to last more than another year. Maybe if they got some decent help and brought their food up to temperature they might gain business. Until then... count me out. I would not even give them one star but you have to in...

I'm all 🌯 out:-] Was able to go in and order a meal:-) Service was excellent and the staff was great 👍:-) Same Taco 🌮 Bell I remember before the pandemic:-] Well they've changed. No one in line and they left me standing there for a good 10 to 15 minutes. Placed my order with no tomatoes for my Grandson because he hates them. Got them anyway. Then when we finally got all the order. The lettuce and tomatoes were frozen. Definitely have changed. Not be going back there for a while. What a shame:-[ The service has picked up.
