I was recently moving to Florida and I’ve been a contractor buying tools of Jake’s for years he basically will offer you $.05-$.10 on a dollar of its value I was hoping to get $.30-$.40 for the quality tools I had but Jake just had to lowball me tell me how you couldn’t sell it ladders and scaffolding things have acquired over the years only to find that he sold all of almost immediately and for $2000 worth of tools offered me 240 I kind a needed the money and took it when I arrive to Florida I found at the pawnshop actually let you put on the items for 30 days charge you $20 more than 60 days told you $40 more that’s fair when you’re having a rough time Jake was complaining about leaving so I could go to the council I guess we could just back all his money I wouldn’t go near this guy he’s probably the most I’m professional businessman a greedy guy I’ve ever met I would go to the one in Irwin I would go to jackpots and I would go down to North for sales beware of Jake and his Jaguar he doesn’t wanna pawn he just wants to rip you off or zone benefit whoever else got ripped off please post people watch and listen to Google this guy...

This is the only place that I have sold to, that doesn't try to flatout rob me. I buy property's, storage units, and pretty much anything of value. Sometimes I will need to dump inventory, and regardless of value, or size, wether it's been vintage rifles, tools, gold, this place is fair. All the others I've been to, try to rip you off. The owner is wicked cool super chill dude definitely great prices and always willing to negotiate to the best of his ability. I'm a frequent Shopper so stopping in just to even say hi and hang out for a few minutes is always a good time for everyone. Not to mention the amount of merchandise that varies from all kinds of things Always a good time just stop in and see what's on the Shelf you never know what you may find.
