I recently had the misfortune of using this gift delivery company, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of abysmal. The customer service I encountered was not just poor—it was truly appalling. It’s astonishing how a company can operate with such blatant disregard for its customers.
When I reached out for assistance, my inquiries were met with indifference and an alarming lack of urgency. After several attempts to communicate, I was met with radio silence, leaving me feeling utterly dismissed and frustrated. The sheer ineptitude displayed by their support team is frankly disgusting.
If you’re contemplating using this service, I implore you to reconsider. There are far more reputable companies out there that actually value their customers and are committed to providing a seamless experience. Save yourself the headache and choose a provider that prioritizes your needs—this one is nothing short of sketchy and clearly has no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Re:
Danielle, you contacted me directly and asked if I was placing this order for "someone else". I told you I was. I then sent you their credit card and driver's license. So despite your responding with blatant lies, you KNEW and were very well aware from the VERY REAL AND VALID driver's license that I sent you, that this order was from someone other than me (a black man) being sent to another (black) man. I simply processed the order and scribed the message as I was asked to do (and disclosed to you when we spoke).
Furthermore, while you CLAIM the ID was invalid you had no problem processing the order on his American Express immediately (as you confirmed with your "refund" offer), yet didn't fulfill the order. What ACTUALLY happened, was that YOU never sent me a credit card authorization form yesterday. So yes, I contacted you today asking why you charged the card but did not deliver the basket. That's when you mentioned the form. Along with a seemingly (but clearly false) heartfelt apology and an offer to get the approval to get my order rushed out today. I sent you the form within minutes of our conversation and did as you instructed me to get this handled today.
I want to make my first review painstakingly clear, I didn't call your company disgusting. I called your customer service disgusting. And regardless of how you try to spin your racially charged response to make me out to be some sort of racist, (and distract from just how terrible your service truly is), you are well aware that you...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN NV! If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Short story: So instead of delivering the basket a few days late, they just didn't fill the order at all and refunded me.
I placed an order for an Easter Basket on Thursday, April 14th. I was given the option of choosing my delivery date and I chose Saturday, April 16th. I paid $65 for 2-day FedEx Delivery.
That evening, I recevied a note from the company that they would not be able to deliver it until early the following week (after Easter). I sent a reply, letting them know that I was unhappy, as it was for my son that lives out of state and we wouldn't see him for Easter, BUT to deliver it as soon as possible. I told my son to be on the lookout for his basket early that next week.
On Monday, April 18th, I received an email from Danielle Heyman, that they would not be able to acommodate my order. While she did issue a full refund, my son was left with NOTHING for Easter and she blamed it on a glitch in the system with being able to choose the 2 day...
Read moreOrdered a gift basket for my son's 21st birthday We staying at the Trump's hotel casino in Las Vegas and I told the lady whom took my order not once but twice that he was allergic to peanuts and to be sure that there was no or any products that contained peanuts in his gift basket. I also told them that I wanted a 21 -year-old happy birthday basket which in turn received a welcome to Las Vegas basket instead. They assured me that the notes were added for my custom basket and rest assured it would be delivered as ordered. Upon opening the mislabeled basket and much to my surprise there was a Snickers bar and a bag of wonder pistachio nuts in the basket! Though my son is 21 years old and he knows not to eat peanuts or any foods containing peanuts but what's bothersome to me is God Forbid this ended up in the hands of a young juvenile who was allergic to peanuts as well. No peanuts means no peanuts! So please be careful when ordering baskets with candy from this company especially if your child is...
