So almost all Taco Bells never get my order right. I order something Fresco (make it vegan) and somehow it’s never right. So I always end up having to go back. Which is why I cut back on going to Taco Bell because it’s a costly inconvenience. But last night I had the most infuriating experience ever!!!! There are 2 shift leaders that work here, named Alicia and McKenzie. Now you can tell right away they are children with no sense of customer service. When I called to report their mistake, McKenzie answered the phone but didn’t want to deal with a complaint. And Alicia made me wrong for it. Instead of dealing with the issue with professionalism and courtesy, Alicia chose ego. It was clear in they way she spoke to me that it was important for her to win the argument of my complaint and be right about their mistake. When we were on the phone she wouldn’t listen she kept interrupting. And when I said she needs to let me speak she condescendingly said “go ahead, tell me how you feel about it, love”. She did not offer any solutions but was insistent on me going to the manager with my complaint instead of fixing it right there. Her excuse for that was “we’re just shift leads”. And then before I hung up she was yelling at me that I was the one being rude by complaining about order being wrong. And that’s when I hung up. I returned to the restaurant, and McKenzie came to the window instead. And her words to me were “well Alicia said you’ll have to go to the manager, and when we say that it’s final. We won’t do anything for you” I said I don’t want have to do that because of a mistake they made and asked for a refund. McKenzie went back to Alicia who was still in her ego. She told McKenzie to tell me to come back when the manager is here. So I went home with no dinner, wasted so much gas driving back and forth, and was left angry because of the staff. How was I left the responsibility of their mistake? Why couldn’t Alicia get over herself and actually take care of a customer. It should’ve just been a simple remake but it turned into a fight that she had to win. This is why children shouldn’t be managers, they have no pride in what they do. And their representation of the company is embarrassing. While McKenzie had me on hold waiting for Alicia all I could hear was people laughing and scuffling, and them trying to force each other to take the call. It was unprofessional indeed. I just wanted dinner but Alicia and McKenzie ruined that...
Read moreI think this is the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to, not because of the food, because of some of the staff and the manager’s attitude. The restaurant lobby should be open until 10 PM, and they always close it 15 minutes before. Now i get it because you don’t want customers to come in and order the whole restaurant 15 minutes before closing, BUT a lot of people doing uber eats/ door dash is coming in to pick up orders because it’s the faster way coming in to the lobby than waiting the 20 minutes at the drive thru. Now the manager doesn’t really like that people want to come in and pick up food 15 minutes before closing so she closed the main door. The sign above the door that clearly states “THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS” means it should be open until 10 PM, but as i have experienced many times before, it’s in fact not open. A kind staff member opened the door for me because she must know that for food delivery we and the customer we delivering to wants to get the trip done nice and easy. Obviously when she opened the door the manager looked at her in a really angry way, and when i held the door for another guy who was delivering because there was still 5 minutes until closing, she yelled: “HOW DID HE GET INTO THE LOBBY”. I don’t want to bring races in here, but because i don’t know how many managers does a place has, it was a not so kind black lady. Please someone let her know about the sign and it’s meaning! Just to clear things up, i have not experienced the same at...
Read moreYou get 4 stars for the food because it's great! I am disappointed in the sauce. Or lack of the sauce, actually. You see, I order from you on Postmates, so I'm not there to check the order before I leave, and the Postmates driver is not allowed to unseal the bag and check the order. This means I leave the accuracy of my order completely in your hands. And sauces are an actual menu item on Postmates, you select which ones and the quantity you want. So when they are left out, it kind of ruins the whole meal. I don't know if Taco Bell knows that their food is all about the sauce. Mild sauce in my case. I drench the food in it, and when I think about Taco Bell and start having cravings for it, it's because of the mild sauce. Now that I had to eat it dry, I won't crave Taco Bell for alot longer than if you didn't forget the sauce. When I'm picking a restaurant from Postmates, I definately won't want to chance ordering dry food again from this particular Taco Bell because the employees at that location don't get the importance...
