The first 2 visits were perfect and the technician said I was doing a good job keeping them clean. The 3rd visit while she was installing new lashes--I told the tech my eyes were burning and as I had no problem with the first 2 times, I didn't understand why I was having a problem now. She changed the glue and I said my eyes were still burning. Nothing more was done by her--she just sprayed water to stop some of the burn.
My eyes were irritated all night, so they teared. Which means, the glue wasn't dry and the eyelashes all stuck together. 4th visit--terrible burn and a huge loss of my eyelashes. Tech tried another glue. Still burned. When this was happening the 3rd and 4th time, tech didn't remove the eyelashes that she used the glue that burned. So when she changed glue--the original was still there. Went in to Cherry Lash a few days later and had them removed--and guess what--I had no eyelashes. (They are growing back slowly.)
I don't understand why Cherry Lash doesn't try the different glues on the first visit to see which glue is best for you. I read that the tech should ask questions to decide what glue to use. Since I had such problems, I asked a few people I know what they think--3 out of 3 use to wear them and quit. 1 because her eyes got all puffy and red, 1 because the job was not done well, and 3rd was--she was just...

The other place I went to -Mallyna off of Ft Tejon Rd- had a sign that said walk in's welcome but woman who worked there was so rude. She sat in back of the store playing with her phone for about 15 minutes facing me while I was standing at the counter, I thought she was a client. Other gals didn't even acknowledge me. Finally went and sat down on the couch waiting for somebody to even say something to me about an additional 10 minutes later the woman on her phone sat behind the desk still not acknowledging me and when I walked up to her she continued to face her phone and told me she couldn't do my eyelashes and when I asked her what time they closed she said it was in 2 hours. She also told me nobody would do my eyelashes at 5:00 p.m. pulled up Google got to hold the Cherry lash they said come on down. So I did and I'm sending everybody...

I always book a fetherized fill but they decided to just do a classic on me instead without a consult, which is much less took my money and would not honor me with either a credit towards my next visit nor would they fix it.
