I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this place. I made the mistake of ordering their so-called "animal style" meal, which not only turned out to be a complete disaster but also ended up being a colossal waste of my hard-earned money. Despite being charged for it, I was utterly shocked to find out that they conveniently "forgot" to include it in my order.

To make matters even worse, when I confronted the clueless staff at the front counter, they had the audacity to inform me that I had to buy an additional fry to upgrade to animal style. Can you believe that? I was essentially being extorted, forced to fork over more cash just to receive what I had already paid for. It's nothing short of a disgraceful scam!

And let me tell you, the incompetence of the employee named Cameron was absolutely infuriating. As if my frustration wasn't already through the roof, I had to deal with his complete lack of attention to detail. With three hungry kids in tow, I explicitly mentioned the extra fry for my order, but he somehow managed to conveniently forget it and charged me separately in a whole other transaction.

To add insult to injury, the same negligence repeated itself when it came to my last child's cheeseburger. Can you believe that? I had to endure yet another agonizing round of incompetence and inefficiency, resulting in a third transaction just to rectify the mess that they themselves created.

Needless to say, I left the establishment feeling utterly cheated and unsatisfied. It's beyond disappointing that even after all the trouble and inconvenience I went through, I still didn't receive what I had originally requested. Cameron made this an absolute disaster, and I strongly advise anyone with half a brain to stay far away from his cash register. I ordered two double double cheeseburgers with grilled onions, and the onions were translucent at best between my two patties which grossed me out. I literally hate slimming onions. I’ve been eating at In and Out for over 40 years, and when I asked for grilled onions, it would be tender and slightly charred the way I’ve always liked them. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the same happened at another Henderson location too. Has the verbiage changed that I’m not aware of, or is it a time factor that has caused the process to speed up orders and not cook my onions properly??? Also, my burger was extremely salty too. I was so hungry, or else I wouldn’t have eaten it at all. Not sure if it’s the cheese or extra salt put in the patties. I use to live close by the original location in Baldwin Park for a few years and would rave to my friends from out of state or other countries that you are the best burger joint in the states.
