Offer was accepted on one lot 177, salesperson offered me a different lot with an earlier delivery date; I was prepared for an August move. I asked specific questions about changing the paperwork to reflect he new lot 176, if the listing price would change, if the delivery date is set in stone, etc. In less than a day I worked to identify, pay, and schedule movers, etc for a July move.
