Manhattan Pizza III — Restaurant in Henderson

They charge like they know how to make pizza but they make pizza like they shouldn't charge at all. 1 - BBQ sauce is the KC Mesquite BBQ from the gallon, Costco carries it you can taste test them side by side. There is nothing added to carry this generic sauce (red onion, cilantro, pepperoncini, etc.) and the pizza was - flooded - with BBQ. The cheese physically rolled off the pizza while picking it up. Couldn't taste anything but bargain bin sauce. 2 - The standard cheese + toppings is flavorless. We ordered this pizza Pan style. There was nothing Pan about the pizza. The dough was flat, flavorless, and limp. The Pepperoni is what you get at any supermarket. Even Dominos will use their own Pepperoni. Sauce on this pizza was strangely thin. No strong flavor at all (garlic, tomato, basil?). Cheese is mid. Probably pre-shredded Mozz so the dehydrated texture is translating into the melted cheese texture (it's those strange ribbons of cheese that aren't quite stretchy and taste flat).

Overall I wouldn't complain but I paid $70 for 2 pizzas delivered. If you have $70, go ask your neighborhood kids to assemble a pizza for you instead. You'll keep your money local and, absolute worst case scenario, you get the same quality pizza this...

I’ve given this pizza spot chance after chance. First time I ordered was when I moved into my new apartment. I get their flyer in the mail and see they have great options for specials. I call and order Manager Special combo. The flyer I got said it was 21.99. I was charged around 32 for it before tax and delivery. I was told it was a old flyer. Fine, I’ll take that excuse. Pizza got here and it was great. Food was great. So I decided well it’s worth the price. My second time ordering I call in and ask what the specials are. Whoever answered the phone then was very rude, almost as if I insulted them by asking the specials. I place my order and get my delicious food. Had to say today I tried placing an order and the same voice comes up. I ask for the specials and the person answers. Before I can finish my sentence they say “GO ONLINE ALL THE SPECIALS ARE ON THERE.” There aren’t any specials online. Sad to say I could never order from here again. The food was great, customer service was not. Who ever answers the phone is not customer...

The absolute WORST customer service. I called because a package that I ordered for my nephew (Legos) were sent to their establishment. The man who answered my call was very hard to understand and kept yelling that he would not give my package and that I needed to call to have it picked up by UPS. Since my sister lives less than 3 minutes away, I offered to order food and have it delivered + extra tip if he took the package with the food. Again he refused and hung up on me. My sister called to arrange a time to pick up the package and he says there's no name on the package and that he would call the police because we are wasting his time. I had to have Amazon refund my package and awaiting someone to call me back in regards to this issue. I live in CA and everytime I visit my sister this is the pizza shop we frequent......
