Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Henderson

First and foremost this place is ok for a healthier kind of meal but the prices have gone up. My issue with them is how they handled the situation in hand. Bought 2 regular bowels chicken and rice with veggies. Well my kids was eating his and in the middle of the rice was a nice surprise. Had what appeared to be a bearer hair. Or pubic hair was dark and curly. My kid has short blond hair and I have a very short fade clean shaved.

Well when I called the location the lady that answered the phone was like ok well bring it back. Ok no problem I just live 20 min away so might take a min but the response she gave was very rude and condescending. I’m like hold up I can send you a picture and show you and if you are making me drive down there I want a full refund for wasting my time.

Got there with both bowels and all I asked was here is your food as requested now please refund me. The cook is looking at the bowel 1/2 and said in Spanish nah this one is almost eating how is he going to get a refund for that. My response in Spanish was because you are wasting my time and your food has stuff in it that is not suppose to be. Once’s he did see the hair he knew it was a beard hair. One of the other cooks probably didn’t have a face net.

Point is don’t be disrespectful to the customer that are paying money for the food and are not expecting stupid response to an actual issue being brought up. Would have been ok with a...

I want to start by saying how much I appreciate the quality of your food and the consistently excellent service. It's clear that your team works hard, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

That said, I do have some concerns regarding the pricing. I’ve attached a photo of a recent order—a bowl with spicy chicken and broccoli. I noticed there was an additional charge for choosing all broccoli as the vegetable, even though the bowl already includes rice and mixed vegetables by default.

While I understand and expect an upcharge for premium substitutions or additions, it feels excessive to be charged extra for simply choosing all broccoli instead of the standard vegetable mix. From a customer’s perspective, it gives the impression that the pricing structure is more focused on maximizing charges rather than offering value.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken into consideration. I truly enjoy dining here and would love to continue doing so without feeling discouraged by pricing inconsistencies.

Very unimpressed. First it took 25 minutes to get our food with no other customers around. I received my food and my boyfriend had to wait another 10 min for his. When he got his chicken it was stone cold… Like it had just come out of the refrigerator. Normally I don’t complain about things but it was not a cheap meal so I brought it back up and they said they would make again. It literally took another 25 min to get his food. By this time we were ready to leave he was grumpy from not eating and I was done and had eaten by myself. When he received his chicken it was hot this time but the breast was so slow cooked it had no seasoning, no char like mine did from the grill, it was so bland. Their teriyaki sauce tastes like I bought it off the Walmart shelf. I honestly wouldn’t even go back if they offered a meal for free.
