A few years ago, we purchased a large patio umbrella from Mrs Patio. We really like it. Recently, an important part broke. I returned to the store and explained the problem. The manager, Robin, listened and understood what needed to be done. He looked us up on the computer and found our original purchase.
Now let me emphasize something. He looked us up, RIGHT THEN! I didn't have to call, text, email, or send anything to anyone explaining anything!!
Customer Service was happening right then, right in front of my eyes. He took ownership of my problem. This continued even though I was out of the warranty period. He called the manufacturer, and they agreed to send a rather large part for free. After that, I arranged to have their install crew install the part. I did pay for that service. It was inexpensive. Plus, the fellows who came were fast, very respectful, and courteous.
I considered all that Mrs Patio did was an outstanding level of service. I thanked them many times for all that they did for us.
Today, we received a thank you note that said they appreciated the opportunity to assist us. They sent a thank you card to us.

All have been very helpful and easy to work with when selecting outdoor furniture, fabrics and accessories. Unfortunately this summer I ran into a significant product issue for items that were delivered late last year. The staff stepped in and coordinated the entire warranty process for me.
