Wildfire Casino — Local services in Henderson

Went bowling at the Wildfire Casino as a couple and it was very well maintained in their display of bowling balls, lanes were very clean and the check in was very smooth and the shoes were all almost new and disinfected. The check in staff was very welcoming and very pleasant thru the beginning and non-waiting check out and returns. Would Rate the facilities a 5 Star instead of a 4 Star for one exception. Their eatery as you exit the bowling lanes had a very scares menu, they definitely should add a few more items to it. Corporate should look into this a bit closer as it would create more revenue from their food venues and gaming areas, By making their guests more comfortable and wanting to stay longer; Guests visiting or enjoying the facilities in the gaming areas or family recreational areas would be more likely to want to stay longer if their food venues would have more of a selection to choose from and not have the need to exit the Wildfire Casino to go across it's parking lot to their neighbor, The Village Pub. Smaller (more locals then tourists) stations casino. Small area of slots, but a decent selection of popular games available. Sports booking area is a good size if thats your thing. Bartenders (graveyard) and waitresses are friendly and remember you by name after a few times in. My husband and I stop in here often after work. (10pm). Happy hour prices for a great cheeseburger and fries are more then reasonable. Will deliver your food to you at your machine of preference. Lanes are available for bowling during daytime hours. Good family atmosphere. Restraunt staff (specially the gals at the podium) during the day are very friendly and effiecient. Can get backed up and busy at times, but they continue on with a smile and good custoner service. Daily specials are reasonably priced. Recommend chicken strips and fries ( my kids rave about them) as well as their Friday prime rib special.. For stations members you can be invited to a free VIP dinner hosted by the casino once a month, as well as a variety of small gift givaways through out the month as most casinos do, as well as advertised promotions giving away food coupons or freeplay. If you have never been. Definitely would recommend if you like a low key entertaining...

We had a party here tonight and I’ll have to admit this review was NOT going to be positive. It started out very unorganized but I have to say the manager Sonny turned it around. I told him how it was frustrating that 30 minutes in to the party nothing was ready and the girls reasoning was “we didn’t tell her we were ready to start and nothing was written on the paper on what we wanted” that was frustrating because it’s literally their job to tell us what we were doing and to tell someone to write certain things on the paper. Thankfully tho the Manager did agree with us that things were handled poorly and stated he would talk to the people who handled things badly to make sure no one else would have this problem in the future. He also extended the party time so we weren’t cut short for them not starting on time. After talking with him things went pretty smooth, food and drinks were great people were happy, kids were happy and he even gave us a great discount for the inconvenience even tho he didn’t have to.
