Ordered a Detroit deep dish cheese and a Detroit deep dish cheese pizza.
For starters, I attempted to use a coupon code for a free Italian cheese bread from my T-Mobile Tuesday's perk that doesn't expire until 7/8/25, yet still at the online check out, it wouldn't take the coupon bc it claimed it was expired. The coupon clearly states expired on 7/8, and I ordered tonight on 7/1. So we didn't get the Italian cheese bread.
Now to the order... I get to the store only to have the employee making the pizzas come up after a couple of minutes when I gave the name for the order. Tells me they couldn't make our order bc they ran out of the deep dish dough. Okay, then why did it let me place the order... he said he couldn't cancel or refund the order at the store. We had to do so online. Or he could make a regular cheese and regular pepperoni instead.
I told him that's fine, but my gf is upset, and we'd like to have some crazy bread to compensate for the inconvenience. His manager said it was okay, apparently, bc we did get that at no extra charge. But the manager never came to the front to talk to me.
Upon coming home, only a 5 minute drive.. the pizza and crazy bread, while they were all still hot, both pizzas and the crazy bread were all undercooked and very doughy.
Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here again. I've gone to this location for 6 years, but it's noticeably having issues and going downhill in overall quality.
The staff... One kid working was going back and forth, restocking their soda cooler while talking to someone on his phone on his earpiece. Instead of stopping that to help 3 ppl in line, he continued talking on his phone while stocking.
The one employee who made the pizzas and assisted me, while nice, looked irritated and tired.

Read moreWe ordered 2 pizzas and wings on the app for pick up. Once I got there I got a phone call from them letting me know they were out of wings. They asked if I wanted enough bread to cover the cost of both orders of wings. I said no I want my money back, he said he was going to cancel my old order and ring up a new one. I told him I didn't have my wallet on me since I had paid ahead of time. I had to leave and get my wallet then come back to get my food.
He then rings in a new order gives me 2 pizzas and forgets to cancel my old order. I had to remind him and then wait for his manager to do it. I told him I was in a hurry, I could see the manager just standing there not doing anything but to busy to come give me my refund. He then comes and refunds me. I get home and open the pizzas to eat and they are completely raw. I'm so frustrated my kids are hungry, we are hungry, we pick littlt Ceasars because it's fast.
I then go to return them, tell them they are raw, once I open the box the guy doesn't even say anything to argue, you can tell he was about to till he saw them. He tries to give me new ones , I just done with them and want my money back. He goes to tell he's manager that now I want a full refund and he's face says it all so rude. I am a regular customer there for years and today I ordered the lunch combo special and it was an extreme amount of sauce and soggy and I trued to call but no answer. I drive the city transportation and I am unable to just keep calling or able to go down there so finally I get through and a woman answers and tells me too bad there’s nothing I can do about that sorry for your luck so I ask to speak to the manager and she says she is the manager but says she isn’t giving me here name and they don’t have name tags for. a reason. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I run a non profit and I order 100’s of pizza at that store . I’m all the years I have never had such a rude manager and this is who you choose to represent your establishment . I have a receipt and the product and there’s nothing she can do it was slop and a bad representation of lil Cesar’s.
