Target — Local services in Henderson

We had an unpleasant experience from the time we checked out up to the management's response. On Saturday, we were at the register to check out and we noticed that the total amount of the purchase was high. We brought it to the cashier's attention and she attempted to "suspend" the transaction, however she ended up processing it instead, which we did not notice until we left the store with a notification from our bank. After the cashier thought she suspended the transaction, she went ahead and processed the transaction for the correct amount. When we left the store, as stated we received a notification from our bank that our balance was low, which in turn we checked our bank account while still in the parking lot and discovered that the cashier charged us twice for our purchase (1 for the higher amount and a for the correct amount). We immediately went back into the store and spoke to a supervisor who stated that she could not do anything as it was a Saturday. She then called the manager, Gio to come over and assist. This was an understatement! Gio, also stated that there was nothing she could do as their "AP" person had to resolve the issue and that the "AP" was on vacation over the 3-day weekend. We told Gio that there was receipt printed on the 1st transaction (Suspension) so that they could retrieve it from the cashier's trash and reverse the transaction. Gio and the other supervisor would not do it. Gio was very condescending in talking to us, especially when I asked her that the double charge put us in a bind and "what if we did not have any other funds available, since they (Target) screwed up and Gio's comment was "well we can go with a lot of what if's and do you need the money?" First of all....it is none of her business what our financial situation is and to assume that we are o.k. with them (Target) taking another $96.00 out of our account. All we got was 4-$3.00 coupons for our inconvenience which we just tossed to us while we were waiting. Gio stated that she would contact me on Monday with a resolution of the problem/error that Target had created. Gio took down the receipt information of the correct transaction and then failed to get our phone number until I said something. Monday came and we received NO phone call from Gio. I have contacted Target Corporate office on both Saturday and Tuesday to file a complaint about what happened and more specifically the way we were treated by Gio and her supervisors. I will continue to file a complaint with Target until I receive an apology from Gio regarding her attitude and treatment to us. Gio does not warrant having...

DO NOT EAT FROM TARGET. DO NOT EAT FROM TARGET. I Just went to this location last Saturday to go shopping with some friends and hang out in the store buying random items. However, i began to get hungry and decided i’d check out what they have in their food section. I ended up getting 2 frozen meals and some chips. I proceeded to check out and get back to the house with the food and items and then immediately heated up the food to eat. Unfortunately, not even 1 hour after the finishing of the meals. My stomach started to have a severe pain (i figured “oh it’s just the cheap target food hurting me”) but then it didn’t stop. just got worse and worse until i eventually threw up everything and then i decided it was time for me to try to get some sleep. so i went to my bed and tried to go to sleep. but was unable as i continued throwing up whatever i had in me and also dry heaving all the way until the next afternoon. one of the worst experiences of my life. Then when i called customer service and filed a complaint they told me there’s unfortunately nothing they can do for me because i didn’t go see a doctor... HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO SEE A DOCTOR?! When you’re throwing up everything inside you, and i am my own driver. Please explain to me, should i call an ambulance because of food poisoning. And to make it worse they weren’t even apologetic, the lady on the phone seemed to even have a giggle in her voice. seriously unacceptable. I will never be shopping at this germ infested target ever again. If they can’t guarantee the quality of their food and then on top of it won’t take any accountability, you should NOT feel safe EATING target food. Pretty unhelpful customer service :(

Came early to get an item I knew would be sold out by the end of the day, I saw that it was in stock but hadnt been put on the floor yet. It was a blind box release which have codes on the bottom correlating to the figure inside, so I needed to look at the codes in order get the correct one I was looking for.

I asked customer service about it and was basically told that, yeah it was in the back. Instead of getting it from the back or having someone get it, basically I was told to order it online (cannot look at the code that way and would have just got a random one) or come back later.

Sure enough later in the day when I checked again the app said there were only five left in stock, by now there are none. I went to a different target looking for the same thing and the employee I spoke to there happily retrieved the blind boxes from the back for me, but by this point I wasn't the first so again the one I was actually looking for had been bought already. This was why I had made a point to show up early to this first location but for some reason here they wouldn't just get me one from the back. I guess I should have asked somebody else, but I really shouldn't have had to.

Yeah it's just a blind box toy, but I am pretty frustrated that after doing everything I could have done, arriving early on release day to secure one, they ended up sold out by the end of the day anyway after customer service wouldn't just sell me one...
