I've been a customer at Dubz Smoke and Vapor for almost a year, but my recent experience has left me disappointed and cautious. On November 30th, I purchased a vape for my girlfriend, hoping to save a return trip to the store. However, after minimal use by December 5th, the product unexpectedly stopped working due to a common clogging issue.

While I had previously exchanged products without any problems, this time I was informed of a 24-hour return policy that was not prominently displayed. This policy seemed to come out of nowhere and added to the frustration of dealing with a malfunctioning product. The offered solution was a 20% discount, which felt like a mere token gesture considering that only 20% of the product had been consumed at best.

The lack of transparent communication about their return policy, coupled with what felt like an inadequate resolution, has left me with a negative impression. I won't be returning to Dubz Smoke and Vapor and would advise others to exercise caution when considering purchases from this...

I had a goofy complaint about some juice I bought from there I use fruit monster juice and jam monster I didn’t KNOW what I was doing because I’m 51 years old and JUST STOPPED SMOKING cigarettes so I turned to vaping I was upset BUT that wasn’t Dubs fault this grandma didn’t even have a clue! These kids are Soo sweet and caring I love this little store:) it’s sooo clean and very well stocked:) My grandson’s father is friends with one of the owners:) He tells me how PROUD of the owners he is of them! I mainly shop at DUBZ for disposable vapes. Just recently switched over from cigarettes. They have a huge selection of flavors & brands. They also have Delta 8 products (flavors, gummies, vapes & pre-rolls). They have everything smoke shops usually have from bowls and bongs to vaporizes and grinders. The best part about the place is the staff. Very down to earth and extremely helpful. I’m in the shop at least once a week won’t be using my money anywhere else. Go...
