China Wok Restaurant — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

I had dined with China Wok on and off for about 20 years. At times the food quality varied, but not enough to complain. I had always picked up my orders, but today I needed to have an order delivered. I live 3 miles away, and used their online menu order system (as I had many times before). It says they will deliver in 5 miles. I received a call and was told they would not deliver to me. Turns out, they will not deliver to my, "area". I asked why and was told it was for the safety of their drivers. There is nothing wrong with my, "area" unless if you mean it is a ethnically diverse community? I live several buildings away from the Municipal Building/Police Station. I asked to speak to the owner and was refused being told he would say the same thing. I called back and and again asked to speak to the owner. I was told by the person answering the phone that they had my info and would be contacting the Police if I called again. I went ahead and called the Police myself. The Police said it was not a Police matter and suggested I get my food somewhere else, which I will and you...

1st time ever there on Saturday 8/31/24 and the American girl with glasses at the desk was very rude and pushy and told us how it was 2:40pm and they close at 3:00, she repeated herself a couple times and was very loud and snotty about it, it made my family and I feel very unwelcomed she was not friendly at all ! We were going to leave but the nice owner came over to invite us in. We won't return.( the owners talked to us a couple times they were very nice) there wasn't anyone there when we got there and she made us feel like we were bothering her by coming in. We felt like we had to quickly eat our food and leave and while we were there others came in so i dont know why she was trying to be pushy so we wouldn't eat there.Won't return that was a awful experience to...

Sad. China wok has always been our go to delivery. Easily spending over 50$ a week. It has gone down hill sadly. This is the 4th time in a row we have ordered and it was bad experience. Delivery driver did not even knock. We tip well and always have. Food is cold and old. I don't know what the problem is but we are done ordering from China Wok. Was told food would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour. Did not arrive for almost 2 hours. 4 times in a row out food was not good. The rice is not even cooked and tastes terrible. Food is horrible. Chicken wings are old and dry. Egg rolls are mushy and cold. Soup is cold. Just terrible. And they aren't cheap. More expensive then anyone else.
