Subway — Restaurant in Hernando

Horrible and disgusting!! I ordered through the subway app, 5 footlong subs. Through the app it was buy 2 get 1 free. It didn't take it off my free sandwichthrough the app so I asked about getting refunded at the store when I picked up my order. The cashier called the manager and he told her that the deal on the app was discontinued and wasn't supposed to be available. So I paid full price for all 5 footlongs and was treated as if I did something wrong. Then as my daughter went to bite into her sandwich, she saw a knat in her bread. I returned the sandwich and they made her another one and gave her a free cookie. Needless to say I will never eat there again. Luckily we have 2 subways in town so we will go there...

This is a really good place to eat at. I loved the customer service here even before I started working here. The food here is really good herenin my opinion and have the best sandwiches and yes we have teenagers working here to give them a great working experience and we go off by what we are told even if it's saving food for the next day because we don't get a food truck that often and your anyone's concern our bosses are in charge not the "kids" who work there. I’m not sure what happened. We’ve always had excellent service and the food was always made correctly. Every sandwich was made wrong? They took my daughter’s meatball with banana peppers and olives added and just three meatballs on one side and the veggies on the other. My husbands was supposed to be light veggies and it had so much extra you could make another sandwich. I’m not sure what was up with mine. It was dry, no cheese and I can’t tell there was any meat.
