DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! Iām on disability and get all kinds of medications but the ONLY one I have a problem with is my pain pills. It started out being one to two short every month. I didnāt say anything because I figured it was a mistake. Then one month it moved to three short so I called and explained to them I count all my meds every time I get them and to put a notification on my account and double check when filling my order. So it was fine for a few months I picked up my pills on the 16th at 6:25 I got home and took my dog out then counted my bottle it is supposed to be 120 well this time it was 115 so after counting 3 times to make sure before I called it was indeed 5 short. I called and the man I was talking to kept repeating that he put 4 staples on the bag well I donāt care if there was 10 staples the bottle inside the bag was 5 short. I explained to him I had 3 piles with 30 pills and 1 pile with 25 so itās short 5 pills. I told him he could count his stock and if it was a mistake then he will find them if not then someone has a problem stealing peoples meds. This was around 7:15 and I never heard back from him. I also told him the most aggravating thing is they are very strict about filling them 30 days apart and it is frustrating when they short your order and then wonāt fill the next month early so your the one suffering for their mistake and that I will definitely be letting my Doctor know Iām moving my prescriptions to a new Pharmacy. I really donāt understand how ALL my other prescriptions are always right but my pain pills end up short if this is a mistake then they shouldāve found the missing pills and let me know so apparently they have a person with a problem taking peopleās medications and thatās a sad thing for people who really...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter trying to use Walgreens for the last 2 years I am ready for a change. I have special needs kids so we have a lot of prescriptions to fill. My phone, email and text messaging is constantly receiving notifications that prescriptions are ready or prescriptions are delayed. Due to privacy issues they cannot state on the notifications which prescriptions they are referring to. The online service seems to be very unreliable. Requests for prescription refill renewals are ultimately ignored. I have requested renewals on prescriptions multiple times with no request actually making it to the local pharmacists. I tried speaking with the Pharmacist about the issues of being out of stock and the many other delays that have occurred and he said it is out of his control. "Walgreens is a big company and they just don't listen! He would love to do more but my hands are tied". Considering Walgreens is much more expensive than many of the pharmacies in the market you would expect a much higher level of service. Unfortunately that is just not happening. I could not in good conscience recommend any Walgreens. However, in efforts to not be misleading, I would like to state that the pharmacy staff at Walgreens in Herriman have been courteous. Despite there being courteous they under the thumb of a big corporation and cannot really affect change. There is almost courteous zombie like feel to there service. Hopefully they can start finding real solutions and service for the real people they are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband had the worst experience at this Walgreens Pharmacy. He was in the ER and given a prescription that he needed to start on ASAP. He came to this Walgreens Pharmacy and given them the script in which they told him it would be about 10-15mins to fill. After almost an hour a tech proceeded to call him up only to inform him that they didnāt actually have the medication in stock. Almost an hour for you to figure out that you didnāt have a medication in stock? Okay fine, whatever he said he would take the prescription across the street to Smithās as he knew how important it was that he start taking the medication as soon as possible, stated by the ER doctor. When he asked for the prescription back they refused to give it to him and said Smithās would need to call them in order for them to transfer it to them. So he did just that only for smiths to call him back and tell him that Walgreens refused to transfer the prescription because they had already filled it? Uhm how if they didnāt have it in stock? What a joke. This pharmacy is playing with peopleās time and lives. Will never be returning here or any Walgreens at that matter. If you look at the reviews, this pharmacy seems to lack the competence to...
