Starbucks at Smith’s — Restaurant in Herriman

This was my worst experience with Starbucks. There was no in waiting in line in front of me so I’m waiting for my order and then the barrista assists the next customer waiting in line. Omg, I was irritated to see that the barrista assisted the customer that was behind me first. Then then barrista forgot to ever make my drink! I was waiting for 15 minutes and told her that I didn’t want to wait anymore and to give me my refund back to my debit card, which was my method of payment. No, the barrista gave me cash instead, because she needed a manager override to give me my refund to my debit card. The part that really makes me mad, is that she forgot about my order. ANYONE WHOS GOTTEN SICK AFTER COMING HERE, I BEG YOU TO CONSIDER THIS AS TO WHY! During my shopping today, 8/26, at Smiths, I noticed a chubby brunette woman with a Starbucks apron on walking out of the ladies room without washing her hands. I'm glad I caught the nametag, because it's a health hazard that the employee "Jess" CHOOESES to not wash her hands when handling food and drinks for the public. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks again, as I am beyond disgusted with not only her attitude but how she thinks she can pass off contaminated food from her bowels to good paying customers. Went in on Tuesday morning walked up to the counter and was assisting by amber, immediately I got a strong smell of cigarettes . I stood there for a full minute before she even took my order she didn’t say hello or anything instead she said what do you want I found that to be extremely rude, I placed my order and waited she made it wrong the first time and got mad when I asked her to correct the second time I got my drink made it was still wrong, at that point I decided to just leave. I have been a long time customer at this location and Overall that experience was just awful and I will not be coming back. STARBUCKS...
