If I could give zero stars for Rose that's exactly what she'd get. She's incredibly condescending! Regardless of what others have said about her here, she has no customer service skills. When I asked what her last name was, because it was covered with a sticker, she proceeded to cover it more with her hand asking why I needed to know. I asked why she was talking down to me. When her condescending attitude began (apprx. 8:15 am), there was only myself and one other person in the store. She told me she was helping him with a print job. She basically pushed (not literally) me to use the self-serve machine even though I told her I didn't want to because I was unsure how to do 2 identical items. I was willing to wait for her, but she didn't even give me that option. It was when I told her I didn't want to use the machine that the condescension began. Once I asked why she was talking down to me, she proceeds to turn to 3 other customers (now in the store) asking their opinions (as if she's in 2nd grade), which was absolutely NONE of their business. If she can't handle a customer asking her a question regarding her attitude then maybe she doesn't belong in customer service. I'm sure she'll continue to keep doing what she does though because it's clear the poor comments about her here have done nothing to rectify how she treats the customers, especially when all I did was ask her for help. I have never had anyone else at this location ever talk to me the way she did and that's most often when the store is packed. There is NO excuse for the way she spoke to me, especially when the store only had me and one other customer at the time. When anyone starts talking to me the way she was, you can bet that I'm not going to stand there and take it. So, again, my asking her why she was talking to me the way she was, is to be expected from most self-respecting people. Read moreSecond time coming here and there will not be a 3rd. Very unprofessional. Employee was talking on the phone about family matters. Took time to pause and talk to an elderly gentleman but soon as he left she didn't even acknowledge me and went back to her phone conversation until another person came in behind me. She then told her friend or family member she had to go because she now had 2 more customers.
Besides this I tried calling 4 different times during the past 5 days to get my question answered via telephone. so I wouldn't have to come back in but it always rang and went to a voicemail that did not have a business voicemail. No wonder it always rings and occasionally goes straight to vm since they are taking personal calls on the company phone line.
Since she had time to talk to the elderly man for a few minutes and stop the personal call before returning to the personal call and ignoring the paying customers, I overheard her say to the man that the current owner of the store is selling because he doesn't want to deal with it anymore and a few people are currently in the mix to take ownership. My hope is that whoever does take ownership will care about their customers and the service they recieve a lot more and train their employees on professionalism...
Read moreThis location is clean, quick and efficient. The vibe can sometimes be a little... awkward if the manager is there, and I am not totally sure on how to accurately describe it. It's not necessarily bad, but it's also not necessary good either. You can tell that she was born for this job and that it's her passion. You can tell within 4 seconds of entering the store this lady is going to cross state lines herself to get your package delivered if she has to and she's definitely got that "if there's time to lean there's time to clean" attitude, which I personally like. But it does also seem like the rest of the team is a little tense when she's around. Then again, the team is young and I can't say I'd want to be the one in charge of multiple late teens.
