Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru — Restaurant in Herriman

So, I actually want to write this review to express my feelings about the review left by Trustfall Moon. I happened to be walking into the lobby when this situation happened. The lady was rude from the very beginning. The first thing out of her mouth was yelling “I HAVE CUP!” When the staff found out she had brought a cup from Keva Juice, not a Roxberry cup, the girls called their boss to ask if they were still able to give her a discount. They told her that they weren’t allowed to give her the discount because it wasn’t a Roxberry cup. She then began to yell even more calling the one girl stupid and saying that it was absolutely ridiculous. All the girls were so nervous to deal with her. As a 15-17 year old girl getting screamed at by a middle age adult would be extremely uncomfortable so maybe the girl who laughed did it out of feeling awkward and uncomfortable. You truly can’t expect good or great customer service when you are treating the staff poorly. No one likes being treated horribly. Customers AREN’T always right and shouldn’t be catered to when they act the way this lady acted. I even laughed myself and shook my head in disbelief that this lady was acting more like a child then the actual teenagers working there. I felt so bad for the girls having to deal with such an unnecessary situation. So, I just want to say that every time I have gone there, all the staff have been great and polite. This was my first time trying this location, in early June. I have always been a big fan of Roxberry, and got my regular, the Iron Strong smoothie. When I pulled up to the drive through, the guy taking my order had a REALLY hard time understanding me, so I had to repeat my order several times-- maybe the mic needed replacing or I wasn't super clear. I got my order and they gave me the wrong smoothie, a peach one with dairy instead of the all-fruit peach one I had ordered. They happily remade it for me, but when I tasted it it was kind of bland and watery, not smoothie and perfectly sweet like I've had in the past. When my Iron strong smoothie came out, it was super watery, pale green instead of dark green, and not even fully blended with full spinach leaves floating in it. This experience was extremely different than any of my past Roxberry experiences, but I will not be visiting this location again in case it is...

The WORST customer service EVER!!!! Waited over 17 minutes in the drive-thru!! Absolutely no sense of urgency, no acknowledgement, and no empathy. I asked for the owner’s phone number and he was actually there. I complained to him and he was just about as helpful or caring as the teenage employees. He even couldn’t find out which smoothie was mine!! I had just gotten out of surgery and this was my stop heading home from the hospital. I’ve been a business owner as well, so I understand the challenges, but there’s absolutely no excuse for not even acknowledging your customers and not having any sense of urgency whatsoever. I sat at the window after having ordered for over 5 minutes without anyone opening it. I finally honked and it was minutes later that the employee opened it. My smoothie wasn’t even made yet!!
